This group is known as Stephan's Quintet.  The two interacting galaxies are obvious as is the star trail leading off to the left.  The larger spiral is not part of the Quintet group but it is part of the NGC 7331 group.  The bared spiral at the top left seems to show the result of interaction with the Quintet group.
